Approximately 100 Indiana higher education professionals in the offices of Admissions, Records and Registration, Enrollment Management & related areas attend the IACRAO Annual Meeting. IACRAO members welcome corporate partners to be part of this event so that we may continue working together toward student success.

Our 2024 pricing plan is as follows:

Gold -  $500

  • Bronze sponsorship benefits + Sponsor of the Keynote Speaker

Silver -  $250

  • Bronze sponsorship benefits + Sponsor of a Plenary Speaker

Bronze - $100

  • Name included in conference program and on table tents 

Sponsorship - $100

  • Don't have a lot to spend but still want to support? No problem! Sponsorship gets you listed as a sponsor in the program agenda and also the list of attendees.

Friend of IACRAO - $100

  • Not part of a business, but still want to support IACRAO's conference? Still not a problem! Friends of IACRAO will have their name listed in the conference program. 

Inclusion in Slide Deck (During breaks) - Free

As part of our conference, IACRAO will showcase a presentation slide from each exhibitor. Slides will be compiled into a deck which will be shared with each meeting attendee. The purpose of the slide presentation is to continue to offer our exhibitors the opportunity to connect with members of our community. The slide will include both contact information and a brief description of each organization’s products or services. NOTE: Exhibitor slides are due by Friday October 4th, 2024
